Okay, so I know how this may seem like I’m trying to sell you this over priced product to get money but I’m telling you this needs to be added to your makeup bag.
I usually use the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel which I LOOOOVE since my skin is oily …. all the time. But like the curious little cat that I am I just wanted to try something different.
After my experience from last winter I learned that it gets pretty dry up here. I didn’t really understand what that meant because in Florida I’m usually sweating the moment I step out the door.
Once I realized though that even with oily skin, my face didn’t like the dry air much. So I went on a hunt for a moisturizer that was a little bit richer and can withstand the harsh winter climate.
Well, if you’re in need of a moisturizer this winter I recommend to you the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. I tried it out for a couple weeks to be sure I was actually in love with this one.
Guys, it sooooo real. I’ve fallen madly in love.

It’s Lightweight
For an Ultra Facial Cream it’s pretty lightweight and doesn’t feel super greasy, sticky, or like I have a gunk of lotion on my face. So umm, WIN!
Great For All Skin Types
Perfect for all skin types. Since I do have oily skin I can totally vouch for this because it’s difficult to find things that work for oily/ combo skin … like what’s up with that?!
Holds A Lot of Product
A little of this stuff goes a long way, my friend. This moisturizer can totally last past winter because it is so rich, you don’t need to apply very much. I just barely dip my finger into the jar and just add it in sections on my face and down my neck.
Can be Used in the Morning and at Night
Since it is so lightweight this moisturizer is perfect for both day and night. I always love moisturizers that can work for both because it’s one less thing I have to worry about. For those with dry skin I definitely think this will be beneficial before bed because of how rich it is.
It’s Great For Sensitive Skin
This moisturizer is fragrance free which is perfect for those who are sensitive to smells or you just have a sensitive skin type.
Feels Great Under Makeup
And last but not least, it wears great under makeup. Since my skin becomes drier in the winter I wear makeup more often because I know it won’t slide away. So applying this moisturizer underneath your makeup makes for an easier application.
